Feasibility projects
A large percentage of Labman's work is concerned with small projects designed to test the feasibility of methods or techniques before greater investment is made. Projects of this nature rely on a very close working relationship between Labman and the customer as designs and methods evolve on a daily or even hourly basis. To help manage fluid evolving projects Labman use a number of communications and management tools such as:
- Secure Internet File Sharing
- Skype with webcams for progress updates and joint design meetings
- Shared desktop telephone conferencing
- Live 24-hours webcams for extended feasibility testing
- MS Project based planning for resource management
