Mining Laboratory Automation
Mine laboratories require a range of very repetitive tasks often suited to automation. These include milling, weighing out ores and fluxes, digesting, fusing ore/flux beads, wet chemistry extractions and feeding analysers. Many labs have very specific workflows suited to their sample types, throughput and data requirements. Labman has built systems for weighing and feeding, FTIR sample prep, digestion, liquid/liquid extractions and analyser loading.
Mine laboratories are busy and often located in tough environments for laboratory equipment. Labman is familiar with building machines that are good for these conditions and can handle users that are less familiar with laboratories.
