Automated Vial Weighing System
The automated vial weighing system uses a hotel stacker to load in upto 20 trays of vials at once. The system takes in each tray at a time and processes them all in a batch run, totally un-supervised.
Each tray has a unique barcode which is scanned as the tray is loaded, along with individual barcodes on each vial allows complete tracking of each vial and its location in the system.
A recent upgrade to this system allows it to process micronic tubes aswell.
