Automated Labelling and Weighing
The system depicted is one of the latest additions to our extensive range of compound weighing systems and is able to perform up to 800 vial weighings per run in a temperature controlled environment. Extensive software control and constant feedback from sensors offers unrivalled performance and system checking and validation.
A Mettler Toledo AT series balance weighing to 5 decimal places with a tolerance of +/- 0.20mg (100g max.) is incorporated. The system confirms the presence of tubes, automatically bar code labels the tube and presents the tube bar code, using an optical sensor, to an integral bar code reader for accurate bar code reading, significantly minimising misreads.
A graphical Windows interface offers ease of programming and vial weight tracking with full audit trace. Data input/output can be automatically linked to a LIMS system.
