HPLC-GC/MS sample preparation

Click to Enlarge Many primary samples require some sort of preparation, eg. Solvent extraction, purification, derivitisation, etc. prior to chromatographic analytical procedures. Labman has extensive experience in the integration of sample handling and chemical analysis, eg. solvent extractions, heater/shaker, mixing, centrifugation, etc. in wet chemistry applications. Labman has developed systems which include processing samples through various solvent extractions/chemical additions right through to the preparation of HPLC/GC vials. The system shown has the facility to aspirate solvent phase and inject samples into HPLC vials and can include capping, crimping and placing of vials into standard HPLC/GC racks for auto-sampling. Data output can be integrated into a LIMS system.
