XRF Bead Automation
Labman’s XRF preparation system accurately measures ore and flux into platinum dishes. The ratio of ore to flux is recorded down to five decimal places. The ore is vibro fed from standard disposable containers. Other process powders can be fed. In conjunction with Automated Fusion Technology (AFT), Labman have designed a fully automated system for preparing fusion beads for presentation to an X-ray fluorescence analyser (XRF).
